Robert brings over 23 years of development and construction experience to FLICORE having developed millions of square feet of retail across the country. Throughout his career, Robert has managed all aspects of a multi-state retail, office, and residential real estate development program of new ground up, build-to-suit, ground lease, and single-family subdivision developments. He has extensive single family residential acquisition and development experience from his time managing site selection and acquisition for publicly traded NVR, Inc. (NYSE: NVR).

Robert’s primary responsibilities at FLICORE include managing and directing site selection, diligence, entitlement, leasing, financing, and construction for each new ground up and redevelopment project at FLICORE. Most recently Robert has overseen the transformation and redevelopment of the former 600,000+ sq ft Shenango Valley Mall property in Hermitage, Pennsylvania into Hickory Fields. Other recent projects include the redevelopment and rebranding of the 200,000+ sq ft Midtown Plaza in Parma, Ohio into Quarry Square and many other single tenant national brand redevelopments within the FLICORE portfolio.

Robert graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Communication and Business and he is an active member of ICSC. He resides in his hometown of Bath Township with his wife and twin daughters.
